Pinky is a tenth dropout but is keen to appear this time and clear off the exam. Her father is a rickshaw driver and mother works as a housemaid.
She started with the stitching course in 2015 and then directly learned the beautician course as well. She is now working in a beauty parlor nearby and earning well. Her mother is not on aggregable terms to let her work in beauty, but Pinky has made up her mind to be independent and have a decent life.
She says that she has worked hard to get a respectable job and she will not let it go only because either the family or the society doesn’t find it okay. She feels hugely confident on not being dependent on anyone for her financial needs.
